Health & Safety is where you record incidents in your organization. These incidents could be RIDDOR related or not.
RIDDOR - Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013. RIDDOR puts duties on employers, the self-employed and people in control of work premises (the Responsible Person) to report certain serious workplace accidents, occupational diseases and specified dangerous occurrences (near misses).
1.Exit or Cancel the current process.
2.Create a new Incidents..
3.Edit the selected incident.
4.Filter Incident list.
5.Print Incident reports.
6.Double click to edit Incident or right clicking will bring up a pop-up menu, where you can ;
a.Void an Incident.
7.Incident Details.
a.Incident.
Incidents on the drop down are created in the ERPSirius Maintenance->ERPSirius Settings->Sub Data->Status Data tab.
8.Incident & Required Action Details.
