Make sure you meet the minimum system requirements:

To be used efficiently, all computer software needs certain hardware components or other software resources to be present on a computer. These prerequisites are known as computer system requirements and are often used as a guideline as opposed to an absolute rule. Most software defines two sets of system requirements: minimum and recommended.

With increasing demand for higher processing power and resources in newer versions of software, system requirements tend to increase over time. Industry analysts suggest that this trend plays a bigger part in driving upgrades to existing computer systems than technological advancements. A second meaning of the term of System requirements, is a generalisation of this first definition, giving the requirements to be met in the design of a system or sub-system. Typically an organisation starts with a set of Business requirements and then derives the System requirements from there.

Below are the system requirements for ERPSirius running on a single client PC.

The default install folder for ERPSirius is C:\ERP Sirius. Make sure you download the latest ERPSirius build from our website.

Biometric Devices

A biometric device is a security identification and authentication device. Such devices use automated methods of verifying or recognising the identity of a living person based on a physiological or behavioral characteristic. These characteristics include fingerprints, facial images, iris and voice recognition. ERPSirius can be customised to use various biometric devices;

Install Default Biometric Device

Digital Persona fingerprint capture device RTE driver

ERP Sirius uses Digital Person as the default fingerprint biometric authentication device. The driver must be present even if you do not have a Digital Person device or do not want to use a biometric device.

Before you install and configure ERP Sirius, the following software must be installed. Digital Persona U.are.U 4500 Fingerprint Scanner driver setup –

The driver install setup.exe application is located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\ERPSirius UK Ltd\ERPSirius\Installs\Digital-Persona\RTE folder or it can be downloaded from the Downloads & Help Files page on the ERPSirius website.
