This shows the companies setup on the default installation. Company Number 1 is the default demo or training company. Company Number 2 is usually the live operating company and is usually a copy of company number 1 but setup to be the live working instance.
Company No:
This is a unique system generated number created when a new company is created.
Company Name:
The name of the company instance.
Data Path:
Folder name where the company database is located.
Report Path:
Folder name where the company report templates are located.
Company Active:
Denotes if the company is active for users.
Path Verify :
This button will verify the Data Path
Create Database :
The Create Database button cannot be used when Company number 1 is selected. Pressing the "Create Company button" will copy the company number one database into the specified Data Path.
