What are Data Imports.

 

The Data Import process is used to import data that is in an Excel template in to ERPSirius.  Please request the templates if they are not found in the \Data Import folder.

1.Import Type: This function is disabled for.

 

2.Select the destination table that will receive the data from the Excel template. Data is always inserted into the destination table. No data is overwritten. If you have a bespoke requirement or need data to be overwritten please contact us.

 

3.Select the source Excel template.

 

4.Data from the source Excel template will be displayed in this data grid.

 

5.Once the data been imported, it will be displayed in this data grid.

 

6.A Tab will be displayed here if any special requirements are need for the data import.

 

7.Depending on what kind of Excel template is being imported and what process is being followed, tick this box to update opening balances. 

 

8.Press this button to begin the import process.
